Hands On Support
If you need practical training on how to use wipply then we offer screen sharing sessions where we can walk you through every step of creating a course, assigning users and tracking progress, all part of an active subscription. so as long as you are actively using Wipply, we will be more than happy to schedule a session at a time that suits you to make sure you get the support you need.
We want Wipply to work for you, not against you, so if that means developing something new to make sure you can use Wipply then by all means get in touch and let us know. It may be that we are already working on something to suit your needs or your suggestion could help you and other people using Wipply.
In rare circumstances we may ask for a small fee to partially cover the development costs if the feature will only be used by you, but we do try and minimise this as much as possible, even if that means creating more work for ourselves so more people can benefit from your suggestion.
Don't have the time to setup the courses yourself or need a hand with creating content? We can help with our premium course creation service. You provide the documents and we will turn them into course material for you. Its really helpful for large organisations or for small teams with lots of smaller courses for specific teams.
